chartered architects

When you appoint an RIBA Chartered architect you are employing someone who has undertaken seven years of training – no other building professional is trained in design and construction to such a level of expertise.

An architect will help you achieve your aspirations and vision, and add value to your project through good design and sound construction management.

Architects provide a service that extends well beyond producing a set of drawings. The architect’s role is to lead the design team and be actively involved in the process of achieving the appropriate quality and commercial viability.

This approach is intrinsic to all our work and is based on a sound understanding of prevailing costs and values and on a desire to maximise quality and value for money within the available budgets.

Unlike many other Architectural Practices, at Burke Rickhards we ensure Director involvement in all projects, from inception through to completion, with a clear and pragmatic approach to brief development through close collaboration with Clients. Directors are supported by suitably qualified and experienced Technical and Support Staff with each team specific to the Client sector that it operates within.
