A development of 59 luxury apartments overlooking the water at Sutton Harbour. The project was conceived and designed as a life-style development incorporating extensive communal and leisure facilities. The complex consists of a swimming pool, sauna, fitness suite, orangery, roof garden, two retail units and a Bistro. The architecture is bold and contemporary taking references from its nautical location. The scheme sets a standard not previously seen in Plymouth.

This 48 apartment development by London and Nationwide Developments Ltd, commenced on site July 2004. The scheme contains communal facilities, including a lounge and library, laundry and parking area, as well as security features with a secure entrance lobby and intercom access.

One Walker Terrace has been converted into 6 luxury apartments all with excellent seaviews. The two and three bedroom apartments consist of one split level apartment, two penthouse suites, a communal garden, and secure parking. The interior design reflects the restructure whilst remaining functional and modern.

The project involved the conversion of an existing 1960's office block into 85 luxury apartments. They have been constructed to the highest specification with attention to every last detail. Cranbrook House offers a choice of studio or one and two bedroom apartments, some of which incorporate balconies, car parking and ensuite facilities. The apartments have been designed to give optimum space, light and comfort. Cranbrook House also incorporates three duplex penthouse suites each with their own exclusive landscaped roof terrace. Many of the apartments will also enjoy the luxury of magnificent views across the city of Nottingham and beyond.

A series of two-bedroom apartments on the former site of the Alta Vista Hotel, a much sought after area of the resort overlooking Goodrington Sands and the sea. Looking up from the bay, the villas sit well alongside the existing hillside of large houses and hotels and while the design is of a traditional nature the apartments will enjoy all modern facilities and generous balconies to take full advantage of the magnificent views.

Hastings Terrace is student accommodation situated within close proximity of both Plymouth University, the City Centre and the Train Station. The development comprises of 41 bedroom units arranged into 9 cluster flats and encourages a friendly and sociable place to live. The advantage of the cluster flats is that it enables students to either rent a room separately, or to rent a shared flat with a number of friends. The accommodation is warden controlled to provide general house keeping and security. Shared facilities include laundry areas, car parking spaces, a cycle store, and communal meeting spaces.

This individually designed accommodation set in the South Hams comprises of two garden rooms, two reception rooms, kitchen, study, utility room, two bathrooms, five bedrooms, two en-suites and two attic rooms. The design satisfied the brief in the style of a contemporary chalet sitting comfortably within the surrounding village taking advantage of the sea views.

Radiant House involved the conversion of redundant office space into accommodation for rent, in the centre of Plymouth. Developed on behalf of Magna Housing Association, the objective was to domesticate a commercial building, making it suitable for residential occupation. Externally, the application of 'brise soleil' to the existing facade provided the appropriate shading to the accommodation, whilst softening the previously rather institutional elevations.
