Burke Rickhards in conjunction with Kier
Western were awarded the project for construction of a new
classroom block at Okehampton Community College. The design
and build project commenced onsite in July 2002.
The college adjoins the new Leisure
Centre, for which Burke Rickhards are also the professional
team, which commenced onsite in August 2003.
