Burke Rickhards was formed in 1989, and with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, is able to offer a high quality, one-stop consultancy approach to clients across many business sectors, the company has grown steadily year on year.
As a multi-disciplinary practice Burke Rickhards offer a wide range of construction related services including architecture, cost consultancy, building surveying, interior design and project management.
Over the years Burke Rickhards has invested significantly in the sports and leisure industry and the practices’ expertise and reputation in the design of swimming pools was given recognition in 1996 when it was one of only a few practices to be appointed as an ‘expert advisor’ to the Sports Council Lottery Fund of Great Britain.
The practice has also built up considerable experience in the residential sector with a particular emphasis on high quality residential apartment buildings, both new build and conversions. Burke Rickhards have also undertaken a wide range of other projects, such as commercial projects including hotels, retail parks, warehousing, educational facilities and health facilities.
Whilst a fair amount of the Company's workload is in the South West, in recent years considerable growth has been achieved outside this area, in the Midlands and especially in the South East, where we now have a formal presence.
